As we transition from cooler days to warmer ones, our menu celebrates the first signs of spring, and for this special evening, Chef Michael Tusk has thoughtfully crafted dishes to pair with Billecart-Salmon’s finest champagnes.
Most notably, this dinner marks the exclusive release of the 2012 Cuvée Nicolas François, alongside rare library vintages, the iconic Clos Saint Hilaire,
and other distinguished cuvées.
