Gastronomy Menu

The definitive Quince experience, our Gastronomy Menu is an 8- to 10-course tasting journey composed nightly by Chef Michael Tusk. This menu embodies a refined pursuit of balance, guided by the seasons and subtly influenced by Italian sensibilities. Each dish is a focused expression of the moment, featuring produce from our organic farm in Bolinas and ingredients from trusted local purveyors.

Lunch Menu

There is something singular and beautiful about the Quince dining room at lunch. Framed in natural light with views of Jackson Square, this experience is designed for an elegant and unhurried afternoon. Our four-course lunch menu offers a refined and concise expression of the Quince dinner experience, composed with ingredients sourced daily from our own Fresh Run Farm. Available on Friday & Saturday.

Bolinas Bar

Embark on a culinary journey through the vast landscape of California. Our California Coast & Valleys Menu allows you to create your own experience by selecting dishes from a four-course menu that celebrates the state's rich and varied terroirs—from coastlines and farms to valleys and forests.

Private Events

Our private dining room, located just above the Bolinas Bar, can seat up to 16 guests and offers views into the adjacent wine cellar. The room is a beautiful space, offset by a wall of original brick arches true to our historically landmarked building.

For larger groups, exclusive use of the entire restaurant can be arranged for both lunch and dinner events. This offers the opportunity to begin with a reception in the bar before a seated meal.

Reservations are released on the 1st of the month prior (e.g., July reservations are released on June 1st).
