Dan Page brings a deep understanding of hospitality and acute attention to detail to Quince. A native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Dan’s experience in fine dining began at Lettuce Entertain You restaurant group’s Michelin three-star restaurant, L20, in Chicago. There, he worked with chef Laurent Gras and subsequently, Matthew Kirkley, and was promoted to manager. After the restaurant closed in 2014, Dan served as the manager of Intro, a rotating guest chef restaurant that opened in the former L20 space.
In 2016, encouraged by Chef Kirkley, Dan moved to the Bay Area and joined him at two Michelin-starred Coi as General Manager. Here, he gained insight into San Francisco’s rich fine dining culture and was part of the team as they earned their third Michelin star. In December 2017, Dan joined the team at Quince, where he brings his thoughtful approach to the role of General Manager.
