“IN RESIDENCE”—Quince hosts an “In Residence” Program: a series of intimate and informative dinners featuring winemakers, food artisans and chefs from around the world. These special guests are true “artists in residence,” collaborating closely with Chef Michael Tusk and his team to share their products and passion with Quince guests. Most of these events take place in the restaurant's elegant private dining room, offering a rare opportunity to spend time with these great artisans, to better understand and appreciate their products and craft.
